Many people fear social interactions and can experience nervous butterflies or panic attacks. Social situations such as dating, making small talk, “coming out” at work, or responding when you are misgendered can cause one to feel uncomfortable, stressed or scared. There are ways to gain confidence in these situations. The Social Anxiety group is a skill building support group where participants will join in discussion, engage in interactive activities and use real world experiences to practice facing fear and discomfort head on.
This is a closed group and we are currently meeting with people who may be interested in joining. Please click here to contact us if you're inerested - and share this page with others you know who might be interested, so they can reach out to us.
