The Community Health Center at Mazzoni Center offers compassionate, comprehensive primary health care services focusing on the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals.  With our own caring, professional staff, and through our partnership with Thomas Jefferson University’s Department of Family and Community Medicine, we are able to meet the growing health care demands of Philadelphia’s LGBT communities.

Payment & Insurance

The Mazzoni Health Center accepts most major insurers.  For patients with medical assistance, we do NOT accept Health Partners but do accept both Americhoice and Keystone Mercy.  Non-insured clients pay a sliding-scale fee for services based on their annual income and number of people supported on that income.  No one is turned away because of the inability to pay.  Please call the office at 215-563-0658 for more information.
