MTU and Home Testing Kits

Over the past two weeks our Mobile Testing Unit (MTU) has visited several communities to ensure that sexual health screenings are accessible while in-person service HIV and STI testing services are suspended as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Stating Monday, June 8th, we will temporarily take a step back from going into community spaces to provide home HIV test kits to allow time for communities to organize, grieve and heal. We stand with you in the demand for justice and we are committed to ending the repetitive cycle of racially motivated violence.

We want to ensure you that the MTU community initiative will continue to provide essential sexual health resources once communities have time to heal and recover. We are taking every step to ensure that those who need HIV test kits, get them. If you or anyone you know would like a take home HIV test kit please call our Washington West Call Center at 215-563-0659 Monday through Friday, 9AM To 12PM or 1PM to 4PM.
