Let’s talk about Sex, Intimacy, & Relationships! Group
Sex, intimacy and relationships are frequent topics for reflection, but are not always something we are comfortable talking about. This group provides a space for LGBTQIA people to explore topics related to sexuality. Open discussions and education will support a deeper understanding of how sexuality relates to intimacy and relationships.
This is an inclusive group that is open to all members of the LGBTQIA community, regardless of relationship status and romantic orientation. This will be a trauma informed group, but may be triggering for some.
This group will on Thursdays from 5:30pm – 6:30pm starting June 7, ending August 16.
For 11 weeks this group will introduce a different topic, including:
- Differences between sex and intimacy
- Fantasy and desire
- Challenges dating and building relationships
- Identity and relationships
- Consent, power and control
- Impact of mental health and physical ability
