Mazzoni’s #A1PHA Project builds on the leadership of young men and trans-identified youth of color who have sex with men. In group sessions led by our trained facilitators, we explore the unique social, cultural, and personal factors of young men and trans-identified people of color, including racism and homophobia and their connection to sexual health and sexual relationship dynamics. #A1PHA participants learn the tools and skills to promote health, wellness, and community building. All #A1PHA sessions will include dinner, and transit tokens.
This seris of workshops will meet from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. for four consecutive days, from Monday, March 21 through Thursday, March 24, at Mazzoni Center's office on 21 S. 12th Street, 12th floor.
#A1PHA is open to young gay/bisexual men or MSM of color or trans identifying youth of color ages 14-24 years old. No RSVP required.
