Abra Morgan, LPC
Abra is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Master’s of Education, in Community Counseling, as well as her undergraduate degree in Psychology, from Kent State University. Abra has experience working with diverse adult populations in a community mental health setting environment.
Abra offers knowledge of socio-economic difficulty, combined with a balance between acceptance of the individual and challenging maladaptive behaviors to support growth. Abra's work utilizes a Dialectical Behavioral perspective with attention to utilizing coping skills and focusing on developing a "life worth living" however the individual defines that.
Abra has an interest in working with adults who struggle with regulating emotions, maintaining healthy relationships, chronic thoughts of suicide, substance abuse, and/or self-injurious behaviors.
