Community Health Initiatives (CHI) Director

Faith received her graduate degree in Health Administration with a Minor in Education from the University of Phoenix and her undergraduate degree in Public Health from Temple University. Since high school, she has aspired to work in healthcare. While obtaining her bachelor's degree, she was introduced to the field of HIV within the scope of Public Health. In that, she learned not only about the virus but the unfortunate health inequalities that minorities face within healthcare systems.

Faith has worked in Public Health for over 10 years. Throughout her professional journey, she has served in roles including Medical Case Manager, HIV Tester, and HIV Prevention Program Manager. As the Community Health Initiatives Director, Faith plans to bring her strong program analysis, quality improvement, and overall team-building skills to this role to best provide effective care and support to clients and staff.
