Mary Riendeau, LCSW


Mary is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Master of Social Work degree from Washington University, and her Master of Arts in Contemplative Psychotherapy degree (Buddhist Psychology) from Naropa University. Mary is committed to collaborating with clients in creating a conscious, accepting, and empowering therapeutic relationship that allows for a realization of one’s fundamental goodness and natural wisdom, while working toward specific and measurable goals. Mary relies on many modalities to assist this process, guided strongly by mindfulness and self-awareness practices, as well as aspects of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other cognitive and somatic interventions, according to each person’s needs.
