Zoe Talkin

Housing Counselor

Zoë graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2014 with a BA in Social Thought & Political Economy, a minor in Spanish, and a certificate in Civic Engagement and Public Service. Leveraging experiences in the fields of advising, office administration, education, and hospitality, Zoë now manages a referral-based caseload of subsidized housing clients. Acting on the belief that safe, affordable housing plays a critical role in promoting clients’ health and well-being, Zoë completes inspections adherent to HQS standards, guides clients through the housing acquisition and retention process, provides guidance and support, and sees to day-to-day recordkeeping and documentation.
