Yoga & Meditation for stress, anxiety & depression

I am a certified yoga/meditation teacher with over 1000 teaching hours. I would like to teach techniques to reduce stress/anxiety that can be used in every day life. I would also like to teach a yoga class with basic poses that can easily be done at home. I’d also like to include information on using crystals and sage to reduce stress and depression. It will also include techniques in dealing with dysphoria.

Angela Keiper

Angela Keiper has a passion for building community and providing inclusion to all her classes. She began practicing yoga after losing 110lbs through healthy lifestyle changes. She initially began yoga as a way to build strength and reduce stress, but quickly found a home and escape from her severe anxiety. She is certified in aerial yoga, Thai yoga massage, eco-yoga retreats, restorative yoga, and is currently enrolled in her 300HR. She used to own an aerial studio in New Jersey, but now teaches privately in Philadelphia.
