In this QTPOC led class we will explore the foundational poses of ashtanga yoga as taught by Pattabhi Jois. This class will be accessible to all abilities as we talk about the intention of of each pose and find modifications that work for everyone. Prepare to warm the body up and get stretchy. Gender, sexuality, neuro-, body and ethnic diversity are celebrated in this space. This class is brought to you by Yoga Unbound, a nonprofit whose mission is to cultivate the health and wellness of LGBTQ+ and POC communities by providing accessible yoga classes rooted in social justice.
