Peter A. Danzig (he/they) is a Behavioral Health Therapist and is an intern in their Advanced Clinical Year in Residence. Peter discusses the significant experience of ambiguous loss which comes with being quarantined, a sense of loss of routine, friends, family, future plans, and closure. Through demonstration, Peter shares how we can connect with our bodies through 4 functional movements.
