Ace Quintana (they/them) works as Head of Organizational & Leadership Development at FS Investments where they optimize systems, processes, and practices that drive organizational effectiveness and empower people to realize their full potential. They received a BS in Psychology from Drexel University, an MBA from Villanova University, and a Master’s in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Ace is also a singer-songwriter (Ace Odyssey) who enjoys philosophy and meaning-making through creative arts. They live in Philly with their life partner and their orange cat Ghibli.

Why did you choose to become a member of the Mazzoni Center Board?

Mazzoni Center is a special place full of talented and passionate people who work tirelessly to protect, advocate for, and empower LGBTQ+ members to live their best lives. Finding safe spaces and communities with LGBTQ+ representation at places like Mazzoni Center is what enabled me to exist in ways younger me would never have imagined possible. Being a board member affords me the opportunity to give back to and support an organization whose existence is so critical and whose mission I am deeply committed to.
