Dr. Doucette is a widely recognized and accomplished nurse leader with nearly 30 years of experience spent largely in leadership and executive nursing roles. Throughout his career, he has focused on enabling the delivery of exceptional patient and family experiences through innovation, education, and nursing excellence.

Why did you choose to become a member of the Mazzoni Center Board?

As a member of the LGBTQ community, I felt an instant connection to the mission of Mazzoni Center when I moved to Philadelphia.  The 40+ year history of the organization's evolution to serve the ever-changing needs of the community and the opportunity to volunteer for board service was a perfect fit for my background.  This organization makes a difference each and every day.
