Support groups

Our support groups offer a place for LGBT individuals to connect with others who share some of the same challenges, as well as the goal of living a vibrant, healthy, and fully engaged life. 

Groups provide a sense of community, and a safe space to discuss things that are going on in your life, to ask questions, and to establish goals and practical strategies aimed at changing negative patterns and enhancing your overall health and well-being. 

In addition to our weekly support groups, from time to time we offer workshops on a particular subject relating to emotional health and wellness.
