Welcome, thank you for your interest in receiving medical services at Mazzoni Center, Philadelphia’s premier comprehensive LGBTQ+ primary care medical center. 

We are pleased to now offer immediate availability of appointments to new patients. In order to expedite the process of becoming a new Mazzoni Center patient, we ask that you click on the link below.  This will take you to our Patient Portal, where you can create an patient account with us. When prompted to choose a clinical provider please choose any provider as this is a placeholder and a front desk registrar will connect you with the appropriate provider based on your service needs.

Once you have completed the process of creating your account, your registration will be forwarded to our front desk registrar team, who will reach out to you for any additional information and to schedule your first appointment.

As an alternative to beginning with your online registration, you can call our front desk to make an appointment at 215-563-0652.
