Chesley Burruss lives in South Philadelphia with their husband, Andrew, and their dog, Ryder. Originally from Atlanta, Chesley moved to Philadelphia in 2012 for law school. Although Chesley left in 2015, Chesley always wanted to return to the city. Andrew and Chesley finally made that happen in 2022.

In their free time, Chesley enjoys reality TV, reading, and trying different restaurants. Chesley joined the Mazzoni Center Board earlier this year and is extremely grateful for Mazzoni Center's commitment to Philadelphia-area LGBTQ+ communities, and very excited to have a small role in that important work.
