Our clinical team provides comprehensive primary health care services in a friendly and welcoming environment. Our integrated approach to care draws on the knowledge and skill set of a diverse staff that includes clinicians, medical case managers, registered nurses, medical assistants, our registrars, and an on-site behavioral health consultant.

We provide a wide range of services and drop-in groups that aim to empower the LGBTQ community. From HIV testing and other STI screening, to networking nights, to PrEP Navigation, health care linkage support, life skill counseling, and other services, our team strives to meet you where you are, to get you to where you want to be.

Supportive Services

We understand that there’s more to wellness than just an annual trip to the doctor, or regular HIV/STI testing. That’s why in addition to health care, affirming care, and testing, we offer a full spectrum of supportive services including therapy and recovery services, medical case management and housing, legal services, and education/professional development.

Mazzoni Center Honors returns to celebrate the legendary Tony Award winner, three-time Grammy nominee, disco queen, R&B hitmaker, and trailblazing LGBTQ+ ally Melba Moore on Monday, November 3, 2025, at Marian Anderson Hall in The Kimmel Center.  From Hair to Purlie, from “This Is It” to Grammy-nominated gospel, Melba Moore has inspired artists across genres and generations. This unforgettable evening will showcase a powerhouse lineup.

Youth Drop-In Clinic At Mazzoni Center
Wednesdays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Registration opens at 4:30 pm. Our youth drop-in clinic offers people ages 14 to 24 walk-in access to medical care and social services through our family medicine practice.
