The Assistant Director of Adolescent Programs plays a vital role in designing, implementing, and managing health and wellness programs for LGBTQ+ youth, particularly Black, Indigenous, and youth of color ages 12–24. This position blends program management, youth advocacy, and community partnership work to create affirming, holistic, and inclusive environments where young people can thrive.
