At Mazzoni Center, accessibility means making sure LGBTQ people can get the care they need — without shame, fear, or delay.

That’s why we worked hard to eliminate our waiting list in our medical center, offer low-barrier services like walk-in STI testing, and have a welcoming food bank where clients are treated with dignity. We meet people where they are — and walk with them from there.

But these essential services don’t sustain themselves. Your monthly gift helps keep them open, consistent, and strong.
