Our youth community advisory board is composed of young Philadelphians ages 14-24 who share feedback to help shape programs at Mazzoni Center.
This is a monthly commitment. Food and travel assistance provided.
Once you fill out this interest form, a Community Health Engagement Coordinator will contact you by email or phone within a few business days to follow up.
