Chasing Rainbows - Become a Community Partner

We are looking for community partners to support the underinsured and uninsured by being a part of new fundraiser that will help raise funds that will go directly to these patients at Mazzoni Center.

Your Part: As Easy as 1, 2, 3!    

1. Join us in our fight to celebrate our community and champion those in need by selling window stickers (for $5) and featuring them on your storefront windows (the stickers work on static electricity and will not damage windows!)
   1.  Each storefront will be given (5) free stickers for their staff.
   2.  We will provide a QR code for all donations so no money will have to exchange hands.
   3.  We can also provide a 2 sentence script to say to patrons.
2.  The campaign starts as soon as possible and ends on Sunday, October 11, at the culmination of OurFest.
3.  For participation, all businesses will be featured on a special Mazzoni Center website dedicated to Chasing Rainbows, as well as listed in our annual report as corporate supporters.
