Affirming Hearts Academy: LGBTQ+ Healthy Love and Relationships is a free group for LGBTQ+ adults 18+ who are looking to explore what it means to have healthy and joyful LGBTQ+ affirming relationships of all kinds- romantic, platonic, familial, and others. The next cohort will start June 24, meeting weekly on Tuesday evenings, through August 12. This group provides a unique opportunity for queer and trans adults to re-envision what healthy relationships might look like in a queer and trans affirming framework. Affirming Hearts Academy sessions will cover the following topics: characteristics of healthy relationships, red flags, boundaries, consent, communication, conflict, and more!
