Behavioral Health Internship

Our Behavioral Health program provides a limited number of internship opportunities to second year Master's level students in the areas of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling Psychology (or other closely related fields). Internships are for a minimum of two semesters. Preference is given to those students whose placement extends for one year (Summer/Fall/Spring).

Internship tasks in behavioral health include conducting intake assessments, providing therapy, group facilitation, gender-supportive services, development of community resources and other special projects that align with learning goals.

Due to the high volume of applicants, only those best meeting criteria will be contacted for interview.

Applications will only be accepted during from: December 1 to December 31.

Please note: Practicum placements (one semester) will only be considered if also applying for internship.  We will not accept students for less than two semesters, and preference is given to those students whose placement extends for one year (Summer/Fall/Spring).

To be considered for an internship, interested students must complete the application and forward it, along with resume/CV, to Brennan Jordan, LP.
