Raise your voice for LGBTQ+ Health. The 2024 Pennsylvania LGBTQ+ Health Needs Assessment is designed to better understand LGBTQ+ Pennsylvanians' health. The goal is to gather information to better understand the wellbeing and health care experiences of you and your community. We will summarize the results so your feedback can be used to start conversations, inspire action, and bring attention to community needs. Reports from other years can be found here.

You can take this survey if you are LGBTQ+, live in Pennsylvania, and are 13 years or older.
