Please note that this weekend, Mazzoni Center will be transferring over to a new internet-based phone system for both direct calls and our Health Center call queue. We have listened to your feedback about difficulties with our phone system and are making this change to improve the call experience for staff, patients and clients and the community.
The cutover to the new system will take place Monday, May 16th. We do not anticipate any disruption in service. However, we wanted to let you know about this change, just in case the cutover causes a brief phone outage.
