We are thrilled to announce that the application for exhibitors and vendors at the Philadelphia Trans Wellness Conference (PTWC) is now open! To apply for a table, please visit here. Applications close on June 20.

We invite community-based organizations, small businesses, and artists to submit an application to table. There will be no fee to table at the conference this year. Due to limited venue space, submitting an exhibitor and vendor application does not guarantee that you will receive a table. PTWC will be curating a diverse mix of exhibitors and vendors. Selected exhibitors and vendors will be notified in July. Exhibitors and vendors may send no more than two people to table. Depending on the number of applications we receive, you may receive a table for Friday, Saturday, or both days. Additional spaces for the community will also be available at the conference.

We believe that the trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive communities must be centered in the work we do at PTWC. We strongly encourage applications from people with these identities, members of other marginalized communities, and organizations that serve them.

If you are a large company, healthcare provider, or educational institution that would like to table at the conference, you must be a sponsor of PTWC. Free tables are limited to community-based organizations, small businesses, and artists.
