Updated Visitor Process Beginning on Monday, January 22

Mazzoni Center takes the safety of our clients, patients, and employees seriously. To improve building safety, we are implementing an updated visitor process to ensure all persons entering our Bainbridge location are properly verified before accessing the stairs or elevator.  This process will be implemented starting Monday, January 22. Here is what you need to know:

What's New

When visitors of our Bainbridge location enter the building and need to go to any floor other than the first floor, they MUST check in at the main desk on the first floor before they can proceed to the stairs or elevator. There will be no changes to the visitor process for those visiting the Food Bank located on the first floor.

Check-in

The main desk on the first floor is there to assist with sign-ins and providing visitor badges, as well as calling case management and other staff to come to meet with our visitors. Visitors will show their appointment confirmation on their phone via the Qr4u text or email to obtain a visitor badge. If a visitor does not have access to show this or does not have an appointment, they will verbally say their name to security to gain access to a visitor badge after confirmation is confirmed by staff.

Visitor Sticker

Visitor stickers will be provided to those who check-in at the first floor main desk. This sticker will allow visitors access to the stars and elevator in the building throughout their visit on that day.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we roll out this new process to increase the safety of all.
