The ideal candidate will combine significant knowledge, understanding, and experience in healthcare with a deep understanding of, passion for, and commitment to the communities that Mazzoni Center serves, and a history of promoting equity, diversity, and inclusivity to create an environment that empowers and elevates historically marginalized communities.

Our next CEO will be instrumental in setting the vision and strategy for Mazzoni Center that responds to a challenging external environment, as well as ongoing changes in what it means to efficiently deliver effective healthcare to the LGBTQ+ community, as well as other populations that we serve.
