Witnessing the ascension to power of an administration, and a group of cabinet appointees, who have explicitly and implicitly threatened civil rights, access to healthcare, public education, and social services – along with the basic human dignity of LGBTQ people – makes today a difficult day for many of us.

CLEAR Program Coordinator Brian Taylor
For the past six months Brian Taylor has been coordinator of Mazzoni Center's CLEAR program (Choosing Life Empowerment Action Results), our one-on-one life skills counseling program for people living with HIV. Mazzoni Center is pleased to announce that it was recently awarded $100,00 from the Independence Blue Cross Foundation’s (IBC) Blue Safety Net grant program.  A grant of $50,000 will provide continued support for the position of Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC), which has been in place at Mazzoni Center Family and Community Medicine (MCFCM) since June of 2014.
